I had an amazing experience at Fusionlicious Cafe! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel truly welcomed, especially the guy named Ariel. His warm smiles, attentiveness, and friendly attitude created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, from recommending the best items on the menu to checking in regularly without being intrusive. The service was quick, and the staff was passionate about making customers happy. The attention to detail and personalised care made my visit even more special. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding hospitality! He gave us the Mocha Cake for free to try on.

The presentation was stunning—stacked high and topped with fresh berries, a generous drizzle of nutella sauce, and a dollop of whipped cream. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and a subtle hint of vanilla. Paired with their iced coffee frappe, it made for a memorable breakfast experience. Fusionlicious Café has truly mastered the art of pancakes. Highly recommended!

If you ever want time to relax from all the hustle & bustle from everyday stresses of life, Fusionlicious Cafe @ 6 Rooty Hill Rd, Rooty Hill is the place to be & savour one of their most luscious cake slices or donuts, or other varieties of cakes ranging from baked cheesecakes or just take a pick. There is a range also of food to enjoy also, like hamburgers, sandwiches or other breakfast/lunch on their Menu. A Cafe for families or for anyone that needs time out & enjoy. Service is top rated, I can't fault anything, newly renovated & a feeling of being in a top rated European cafe, that's why I gave it a 5 star rating, try it for yourself I say!

Solid local cafe. Really love the new renovations, it's cleaner and more spacious. Staff was really friendly and service was great. Ordered their waffle box. You get to choose 5 of the different waffles. Waffles are made to order, warm, nice chew and was the perfect amount of sweet. The ham and cheese was great, it was cheesy and salty from the ham. The choc almond was the perfect amount of chocolate and almond shavings on top. Plus the waffles goes well with their coffee.
